Funcionamiento
PVC hard film is unwound, heated by closing-type forming heating plates with Teflon coating, and formed by either positive-pressure blowing (ALU-PVC) or mechanical forming (ALU-ALU) at a double-cam forming station. The strip is filled by a vibrating feeder and laminated against PTP aluminum foil. The two layers pass between heated rolls — heat-sealing anilox roll and heat-sealing drum — for line-contact rolling heat seal under three-zone temperature control (±1°C). Batch number is then printed by cam-driven typing, and an eccentric-shaft punching station cuts the blisters. Servo manipulators with patented rotary suction heads (CN201610634032.6) transfer plates to two-row conveyor belts feeding the cartoning bin.
Proceso de funcionamiento
