Funcionamiento
Multi-chamber multi-source microwave architecture: 2450 MHz Toshiba magnetrons feed power top-down through cross-polarized waveguides into 26 rectangular cavities; product moves through on a stainless mesh belt while microwave choke entrances (60 mm aperture, ~1800 inductive comb fins + absorber material) prevent leakage. Oil-immersed microwave transformer (1800 V) with variable-frequency drive ensures adjustable output power (50 W–1250 W per unit). PLC (FX-series) + touch-screen HMI with Raytek (Germany) infrared thermometers distributed across chambers for real-time temperature monitoring and auto power adjustment. 7-inch LCD camera allows visual monitoring inside the tunnel. Temperature control range: 0–400 °C.
