PVC web is unwound from below, preheated, and lower-formed against a flat plate to deep, accurate cavities (up to 12 mm) — flat-plate forming gives better blister fidelity than rotary forming. The formed web indexes onto an extended filling platform with a brush or disc-type air-vibration feeder; visual inspection and rejection can be added inline. Aluminum foil is laminated onto the cavities through internally heated sealing rollers (high-temp sealed bearings, no lubrication). Batch coding station marks lot/expiry. The punching station — driven by an automotive crankshaft for even load — punches dual-direction borderless to save ~10% film, with servo-controlled vacuum to discharge waste boards reliably at high speed. Direct servo + silicone traction maintains web tension without belt-stretch errors. Speed range 40-200 punch/min on Alu-PVC, 40-80 on Alu-Alu, set steplessly via VFD/HMI.
