Funcionamiento
Tablet cores undergo continuous complex trajectory motion inside the coating pan. The PLC-controlled system sprays coating medium in mist form (via peristaltic pump and spray gun) onto the tablet cores in the correct process sequence and parameters. Simultaneously, the hot-air cabinet supplies Class-100,000-filtered clean hot air that penetrates the tablet bed; the exhaust fan draws it out from the pan base, passes it through dust collection and discharges — rapidly forming a firm, smooth surface film on the tablets.
Proceso de funcionamiento
