Funcionamiento
The main hydraulic cylinder drives the upper punch; the ejection cylinder (lower punch) compresses powder loaded into the die cavity from one direction or bidirectionally with optional pressure holding. The lower cylinder's large adjustment nut controls loading depth; the upper cylinder's adjustment nut controls tension; both coordinate to adjust material thickness and forming tension.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Before/after each shift: wipe machine inside and out with clean damp cloth. Hopper: wipe with clean dry cloth then disinfect with 75% industrial alcohol. Monthly: inspect components for looseness and wear. Every 6 months (first change within 2 months): replace hydraulic oil. Long-term shutdown: wipe down, apply anti-rust oil, and cover with dust-proof cloth.
