SED-25RG-X — Fully Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

Operator places empty tubes onto the rotary indexing turret. A Panasonic (Japan) colour-mark eye reads the print registration mark on each tube and rotates it to the correct orientation. The piston filling head dispenses the metered shot (6–60/10–120/25–250 mL depending on the selected head). The 20 kHz ultrasonic horn welds the open end with digital auto-frequency tracking; a knife trims the seal flush. The finished tube ejects to the discharge belt. Mitsubishi (Japan) PLC and Weilun (Taiwan) HMI coordinate the cycle through a Yude high-precision indexing cam; a ZD high-precision brake motor with Delta (Taiwan) VFD drives the turret; Leadshine stepper motor drives auxiliaries; Airtac/Chenchen pneumatic cylinders and Airtac solenoid valves actuate each station.
