Funcionamiento
An in-line conveyor brings empty bottles under a row of four piston filling nozzles. Each piston cylinder draws a measured volume of paste/liquid from the hopper on intake stroke, then dispenses it into the bottle on discharge stroke. Volume per nozzle is set on the touchscreen and tuned by piston stroke. After fill, bottles index to the next station and the next four bottles arrive. Pneumatic actuators (AirTac) drive the pistons; PLC sequences the cycle and synchronizes with conveyor indexing.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Disconnect power and air before cleaning. Do not impact or apply heavy pressure to the machine. Check all mechanical fasteners (screws) before and after each run. Air supply must be stable at ≥0.5 MPa and must pass through a dryer to ensure dry air enters cylinders.
