SED-25HY-D — Hydraulic Tablet Press Machine

Powder is loaded into the die cavity (max lower-mold diameter 60 mm) at a filling height of 50 mm. The operator presses the button; the hydraulic ram drives the upper punch downward at 25 tonnes working force, compacting the powder into a tablet. The lower punch then rises to eject the formed tablet (max upward stroke 100 mm). For corrosive materials such as chlorine-based disinfectants and salt compounds, the hydraulic mechanism delivers full force without the wear that high-speed rotary presses suffer. Cycle rate is 25 tablets/min with +/-0.05 weight repeatability.
