Funcionamiento
Operator places product on the L-bar table and pulls the centre-fold film over it; pressing the seal handle lowers the Teflon-coated alloy L-knife, which simultaneously seals two sides and trims excess film. Sealing duration is precisely metered by an Autonics time relay; sealing temperature is regulated by an Autonics controller via a stainless heating tube with heatsink fins. After the seal, the wrapped product is carried by the PU conveyor belt (Zhongda motor, hand-wheel height adjusted) into the downstream shrink tunnel where heated air shrinks the film around the product. Anti-mis-cut, anti-overheat and emergency-stop protections safeguard the operator.
