SED-25FQ-H is a fully automatic vertical (L-) sealer for inline shrink packaging. A photoelectric sensor detects each product on the infeed; either auto-feed or manual-feed modes are supported. Centre-fold POF or PE film

Funcionamiento
An Omron/SICK photoelectric sensor detects an incoming product; the Xinje PLC accepts the trigger and initiates a wrap cycle. Centre-fold POF or PE film is unwound and wrapped around the product; an Air-TAC pneumatic cylinder lowers the 570x470 mm constant-temperature sealing knife to seal three sides simultaneously. Sealing temperature is held by an Omron controller; relay timing is provided by Omron intermediate relays. Liban geared motors drive infeed, conveying and outfeed conveyors. Format change is by hand-wheel only. Sealed packages then enter the SED-SSJ-H shrink tunnel where high-velocity hot air (Xuchi fan + stainless heating bands) shrinks the film tightly around the product.
Proceso de funcionamiento
