SED-25DYTB-D — SED-25DYTB-D Fully Automatic Real-Time Print-and-Apply Labeling Machine

A roll of pre-die-cut blank labels is fed through an integrated CAB or Zebra industrial printer that prints variable data (e.g., lot, expiry, serial) onto each label as the web advances. A Leuze/SICK gap sensor synchronizes printing and dispensing; the printed label is then peeled from its backing at the dispense edge and applied to the product, which has been registered by a Panasonic photoelectric sensor. The pickup mechanism uses vacuum suction to hold and place the label with ±1 mm accuracy. A Panasonic PLC orchestrates printer triggering, web feed (Leadshine/BALE motor), and pickup-and-apply timing; setup is via the WECON or Samkoon HMI.
