SED-25CBM-H — Tea Cake Cotton-paper Wrapping Machine

Pressed tea cakes (25 mm thickness in this configuration) are fed via a vibratory feeder to the wrapping station. A cotton-paper roll is fed from the unwinding device and held in position. The cake is centered on the paper; folding arms wrap the cotton paper around the cake. An Omron fiber-optic sensor and a Shenzhen Heyi color-mark sensor verify alignment. The labeling unit then applies a label centered on the wrapped cake. The finished product is conveyed out via the discharge conveyor. A Jigao servo motor drives the main motion; three Divixin stepper motors handle secondary axes. Compressed air (6 kg/cm², 0.5 m³/min) powers pneumatic actuators (AirTAC). The Xinje XD5 PLC coordinates all axes and sensors through the TGA63 touchscreen HMI.
