Funcionamiento
Products travel left-to-right on a PU conveyor belt through three stages: (1) a barcode/QR scanning unit reads the product code with a camera,(2) a high-precision ZEMIC load cell weighs the product as it crosses the weigh platform,and (3) products are pushed off-line by a reject push-rod — barcode-failed and weight-failed products are rejected separately. Results are stored in 100 recipe slots and exportable via USB.
Proceso de funcionamiento
