SED-250ZB-H — Three-servo Pillow-pack Packaging Machine

Through-beam infrared fiber sensors detect product on the infeed belt. Only when product is present does the film advance and the cycle run; if there is no product, film advance pauses — preventing empty bags and saving film. Three servo motors with reducer gearboxes synchronize the infeed, film advance, and end-seal axes for stepless speed adjustment. A color-mark photoelectric eye tracks the registration mark for accurate seal and cut position. Independent PID temperature loops control the seal heaters. If the cutter contacts a product mid-cycle, it auto-reverses to avoid blade damage (anti-cut protection). The position-stop feature parks the cutter clear of the seal at shutdown.
