Funcionamiento
Shrink-sleeve film from the supply roll is conveyed and cut to length by an internal-blade, deflection-type knife mechanism driven by a servo motor. The cut sleeve is expanded by the centre-column mandrel and pushed down onto the bottle via the brush-push mechanism. Bottles are separated to equal pitch by the screw-divider, held steady by dual positioning belts, and conveyed through a downstream steam shrink tunnel which heat-shrinks the sleeve tightly onto the bottle surface.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Shrink-sleeve film from the supply roll is conveyed and cut to length by an internal-blade, deflection-type knife mechanism driven by a servo motor.
2The cut sleeve is expanded by the centre-column mandrel and pushed down onto the bottle via the brush-push mechanism.
