Funcionamiento
Two parallel gelatin ribbons are formed, lubricated with a thin oil film, and fed between two counter-rotating rotary dies (Φ150×250 mm). A precision wedge-fed metering pump (24 plungers, 0–1 ml each) injects the fill into the die pockets while pneumatic die pressure (0.1–0.5 MPa) seals and cuts the capsules in one stroke. Capsules drop into the catch tray and are conveyed to tumble-drying drums for shape-setting before tray-drying to final moisture.
Proceso de funcionamiento
