Funcionamiento
Gum base is warmed in the oven, then blended with powdered sugar and additives in the 200 L mixer. The mixed gum mass is fed into the extruder (screw speed up to 22 r/min), which shapes it into a continuous sheet. The sheet passes through the pastry rolling machine (6 pairs of rollers, Φ155 mm×340 mm, linear speed up to 9.6 m/min) for thickness calibration, then a dust-powder conveyor applies anti-stick powder. The xylitol forming machine (max 300 kg/h) scores and cuts individual pieces. Scrap edges are returned by the scrap conveyor. Pieces are sieved by the candy divider (Φ750 mm drum, 28 r/min) and finally coated in 10 sugar-coating pans.
Proceso de funcionamiento
