Funcionamiento
Product is lifted by a Z-type chain bucket elevator to a vibration top-cone feeder, distributed into 10 radial hoppers of the combination weigher, which selects the combination of buckets that most closely meets the target weight. The weighed batch drops into the VFFS machine below, where a collar former shapes the film into a tube, longitudinal heat-seal jaws seal the back seam, and reciprocating horizontal jaws form and cut the bottom and top seals, producing a finished pillow bag. Bags are discharged onto the output conveyor.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Product is lifted by a Z-type chain bucket elevator to a vibration top-cone feeder, distributed into 10 radial hoppers of the combination weigher, which selects the combination of buckets that most closely meets the target weight.
