Funcionamiento
Wet material is fed via a horizontal screw with anti-bridging device into the dryer. Twin hollow shafts with densely packed wedge-shaped paddles rotate at 5–8 rpm. Heat medium flows through rotary unions, jacket, and hollow shafts, providing high heat-transfer area per unit volume. Wedge paddles produce a compression-expansion mixing motion that keeps particles in close contact with heat surfaces while maintaining uniform axial moisture and temperature profile. Evaporated moisture is carried out by exhaust gas which passes through cyclone separator, water-spray scrubber, and reheater stages.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Wet material is fed via a horizontal screw with anti-bridging device into the dryer.
