Funcionamiento
Tablets are loaded into the perforated rotating drum. Filtered hot air (40-80°C, 5268 m³/h, three-stage filtration to 0.5 µm — Class 100,000) is supplied through the drum. Four Anest Iwata WA-101 spray guns with peristaltic-pump-fed coating solution atomize onto the tumbling tablets. Dust-laden exhaust (10560 m³/h) is filtered and discharged outdoors via 7.5 kW dust-removal centrifugal fan. Closed-loop variable-frequency drive on drum, blower and exhaust permits programmable control of speed, air rate, spray, and flow.
