Funcionamiento
Tablets/pellets are loaded into a 316L stainless-steel rotating drum. Pre-conditioned air (filtered EU4/EU9, then heated and dehumidified, finally HEPA EU13) is drawn through the drum under negative pressure. A peristaltic-pump-fed spray system with 3 angle-adjustable atomizing nozzles (Φ1.5 mm) sprays coating solution onto the tumbling tablets. Inclined stirring of the tablet bed and frequency-converted writhing improve coating uniformity and finished product rate. Exhaust passes through a SUS304 dust collector with pulse cleaning before induced fan (15 kW).
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Tablets/pellets are loaded into a 316L stainless-steel rotating drum.
