Funcionamiento
Two cones rotate around a horizontal axis, tumbling the powder and granule material to achieve uniform mixing. Optional internal forced mixing bar (intensifier) for fine or agglomerated materials. Discharge via stainless steel butterfly valve at the bottom of the cone. Vacuum suction inlet for feeding.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Pre-production cleaning: wipe outer surface and interior with clean wet towel; wipe hopper with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift cleaning: wipe inside and outside with wet towel; sterilize hopper with 75% alcohol; wipe again with clean wet towel; air-dry. Lubrication: apply appropriate lubricant to bearing journals; check and add gear oil periodically. Full mechanical and electrical inspection per maintenance schedule.
