Funcionamiento
The machine uses relative motion between a movable toothed disc and a fixed toothed disc. Material is crushed by impact, shearing, and friction between the discs and between particles. A wind-wheel high-speed rotating knife pairs with a fixed knife for impact, shearing, and grinding. Strong airflow inside the chamber carries heat and finished product through a sizing screen. Crushed product enters the collection bag under centrifugal force. The full stainless-steel design prevents dust from escaping during production.
