Funcionamiento
Bottles travel along the conveyor where a stop gate holds each bottle in the filling position. Tablets/capsules are fed by vibrating corrugated boards into the medicine chamber, where photoelectric sensors count each piece falling past the optical gate. After the preset count is reached, the dose drops into the waiting bottle. The conveyor advances the filled bottle downstream to the desiccant inserter, capper, foil sealer, and labeler. The system runs fully automatically with upstream/downstream interlocking.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Bottles travel along the conveyor where a stop gate holds each bottle in the filling position.
