Pouches are loaded onto the infeed roller magazine (500–1000 bags). A flip-out picker grabs one pouch at a time from the magazine. Bag is transferred to the rotary turret. At opening station, vacuum cups suction both sides of bag mouth while cam-driven swing rods pull both sides apart simultaneously; bag-clamp grippers squeeze inward to fully open. Open-bag inspection uses metal sheets to detect material on both sides — failed bags skip filling and sealing, allowing material recycling. Vibratory feeder bowl singulates and orients scoops (handle down, opening outward) and discharges one scoop into each open bag via inline track. Auger filler doses powder. Bag spreader station flattens the open mouth using composite steel sleeves (no ball bearings — no contamination). Cam-controlled heat seal station applies first seal with adjustable temperature, width, strength, and customizable pattern. Cool-seal/timely-shaping station servo-controlled cools and reshapes the seal — preventing creasing or being pushed open by product. Date code is printed (1 bag = 1 code). Finished pouches discharge onto food-grade PU/PVC conveyor.
