Funcionamiento
Cold air is filtered through pre-filters (SUS304 + non-woven cloth), pressurized by 5.5kW blowers, heated by two 270kW electric heaters (SUS304), and fed via DN400 main + DN250 branch ducts into the fluid bed plenum. Wet sodium chloride enters via inlet hopper. Two 2.2kW vibration motors generate 16.67 Hz oscillation that propels material across the SS904L distributor plate while hot air rising through the plate fluidizes the bed — maximizing heat and mass transfer. Material exits via discharge port after meeting moisture target. Exhaust gas passes through a CZT-12 cyclone separator and an MC-144 pulse bag filter (108 m² area, 144 bags) for dust capture. Cleaned exhaust is exhausted by a 30kW induced-draft fan with adjustable damper. Multi-point rubber dampers (×16) isolate vibration. Aluminum silicate insulation (50mm) reduces heat loss from lower box.
