Capsules are fed from a 316L hopper through two-stage vibrating corrugated plates (Syntron BF-01-C) controlled by CUH SDC vibration controllers. A patented 'single-log bridge' arrangement queues capsules into 24 single-file lanes. Each capsule slides by gravity down an inclined load-cell-mounted weighing trough (8 mm wide, 316L). The proprietary algorithm computes weight on the fly. The SCMM-6 check-weight control module compares against user-set limits. Acceptable capsules continue down the slide into the OK bin; rejects are blocked by an SMC pneumatic cylinder (CJ2B10-20Z) reject pin into a separate bin. The trough is offset from the orientation mechanism and inclined so leaked powder cannot accumulate and drift accuracy. No rotating parts, no lubrication, no contamination. Built-in vibration-cancellation hardware/software enables high-precision operation even adjacent to filling machines or on upper floors.
