SED-24-4YLG-D — Beer & Beverage Carbonated Can Filling-Seaming 2-in-1 Monoblock

Cans are bottom-supported through the line for stability. Micro-negative-pressure gravity gas filling: the filling tank pressure is reduced slightly below atmospheric, and the CO₂-saturated beverage flows via 24 high-precision mechanical valves into cans guided by valve-mouth guide devices and bottom-lift mechanisms. A float-ball level switch in the filling cylinder ensures smooth liquid entry. Filled cans are conveyed by hook chain to the seaming station; seaming technology (first pre-seam, then full seam) uses Ferrum-licensed rollers hardened to HRC > 62, with optically ground seam curves. All seals are rated for hot-fill and CIP (acid/alkaline) conditions.
