Bottles enter via star wheel into the rinser, where bottle clamps grip the neck and rotate 180° so bottle openings face down. Sterile water sprays clean the inner walls, then bottles flip back upright. Cleaned bottles transfer through stainless steel turntable to the filler. Bottle necks are forked, raised by cam mechanism, and gravity-filled via closed-type filling valves with VFD-controlled output. After filling, bottles transfer to the capper where stop knives and outer neck guards hold the bottle upright. The capping head, driven by the main shaft, grips, places, and tightens caps. A magnetic constant-torque device ensures correct torque without damaging caps.
