SED-230SPJ-D is an uphill vibratory tablet deduster with dual functions of dedusting and vertical lifting. It connects directly to a tablet press output and elevates tablets along an internal spiral channel through ~4.5

Funcionamiento
Tablets enter at the bottom from the tablet press output chute. A vibrating SUS304 stainless steel turret (rotor) conveys tablets upward along an internal spiral channel ~4.5 m long. Vibration agitates tablets so adhered powder dislodges; compressed air (0.05 MPa, 0.1 m³/min) blows the loose dust toward the central dust collector port; a user-supplied vacuum (-0.01 MPa, 2.7 m³/min) draws the dust out into a collection container. As tablets travel up the spiral, an automatic tablet-face-turning station flips them so both faces are dedusted and gently polished. Cleaned tablets exit at the top through the discharge spout. Inlet and outlet positions are 360° adjustable.
Proceso de funcionamiento

Building-block screen and outer cover disassemble without tools — designed for no dead corners. Wash SUS304 components and dry fully before reassembly. Clean dust collector after each batch. Inspect vibration drive isolation mounts periodically.
