Funcionamiento
Automatic tube feed → tube seated in cup holder → automatic tube tail-mark reader → automatic filling → tube tail heating (plastic tubes) / 3-fold (aluminium tubes) → tail-forming seal → tail cutting (plastic tubes) → date printing → product output. Mechanical transmission using gears and cams throughout ensures smooth, quiet operation. Machine speed is controlled by a frequency inverter (variable speed). No-tube, no-fill protection prevents material wastage.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Automatic tube feed → tube seated in cup holder → automatic tube tail-mark reader → automatic filling → tube tail heating (plastic tubes) / 3-fold (aluminium tubes) → tail-forming seal → tail cutting (plastic tubes) → date printing → product output.
