Funcionamiento
Premade flat-bottom pouches are loaded into the infeed roller magazine; flip-out vacuum pickers feed pouches one-at-a-time. Vacuum cups open both sides while cam-driven swing rods and clamp grippers squeeze the pouch open. Open-bag inspection uses metal sheet sensors. Auger filler doses powder, then bag-spreading and shaping stations flatten the bag; hot sealing followed by cool sealing/timely shaping ensures wrinkle-free leak-tight seals. Inkjet coding and conveyor discharge complete the cycle. Parallel-indexing cam profile drives all stations from a common spindle.
