Funcionamiento
The mixing bin is pushed into the rotating frame and locked. The control system lifts the frame to mixing height and positions it reliably. The bin (rotor) is inclined at 30° to the rotation axis; material tumbles with the rotor while simultaneously making tangential movement along the bin wall, generating intense tumbling and high-speed tangential motion for optimal mixing. After mixing, the frame stops vertically, the bin descends automatically to floor level, the machine stops, and process data is printed. The bin is then unlocked and transferred to the next step. PLC full-automatic control with infrared safety device and anti-misoperation discharge butterfly valve.
Proceso de funcionamiento
