Funcionamiento
Powdered raw material and binder solution are loaded into a horizontal cylindrical bowl. A bottom-mounted impeller (0-270 rpm, 2.2 kW) blends them at the bottom to form a humid soft mass; simultaneously a side-mounted high-speed chopper (0-2990 rpm, 1.5 kW) shreds the mass into uniform granules via fluidized granulation. The driving shaft has an inflatable seal that can be exchanged for water during cleaning to prevent particulate ingress and contamination. Once mixing/granulation is complete the wet granules can be transferred to the integrated rapid wet-mill where they are passed through a 316L Φ6-10 mm screen for size control without crushing.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Powdered raw material and binder solution are loaded into a horizontal cylindrical bowl.
