Funcionamiento
The drive shaft holds the mixing bin and rotates it in three dimensions simultaneously: a primary horizontal sweep, a rotation about its own axis, and an inversion. The compound 3D motion shears and folds the powder bed across multiple planes per cycle, dispersing, gathering, agglomerating and re-mixing without inducing centrifugal force — so dense and light particles do not separate, layers do not form, and the bin can be filled up to 90% (vs ~40% for tumble mixers) yet still reach 100% homogeneity in 1-5 minutes.
