Funcionamiento

Oil and water phases are pre-heated and stirred in dedicated 8 L oil and 12 L water side-tanks (each with 0.37 kW disperser-wheel agitators) and vacuum-sucked into the main 20 L pot. Inside the sealed pot, the upper-mounted homogenizer rotor spins up to 2900 rpm against fixed stators, producing strong hydraulic shear in the rotor-stator gaps with simultaneous centrifugal extrusion, milling and impact. A variable-frequency frame stirrer (0.75 kW, 0–120 rpm) with PTFE wall scrapers wipes the wall and bottom while a fixed paddle promotes circulation. The rotary-vane vacuum pump deaerates the batch in real time for a glossy, defect-free emulsion. Discharge is by tilting the pot or via the bottom valve into downstream filling.

Proceso de funcionamiento
