Funcionamiento
A 5.5 kW electric motor drives a hydraulic pump that pressurizes oil delivered to the main cylinder, pressing the movable platen downward against the stationary lower platen. The four guide columns (Φ60 mm) ensure parallel, guided motion of the platen. Heat is applied through the platens to achieve hot-press forming or molding of the product between the die set. PLC + touchscreen control manages pressure, temperature and stroke.
