Funcionamiento
Caps are loaded (manually or automatically via Φ150 mm port) into a SS316L washing barrel rotating inside a SS316L tank. Ultrasonic transducers and a central high-pressure spray nozzle (AGT) remove particulates through coarse-wash, rinsing, flushing, and fine-wash stages. Inline water and rubber-stopper sampling ports allow QC checks. After washing, siliconization is applied, followed by sterilization-drying at 133°C (electric heat) and vacuum + fresh-air cooling. Patented surround-spray CIP (AGT) cleans the system in-place. A patented back-cover + barrel pullout system facilitates cleaning. Finished caps are auto-discharged via the elephant-nose device into the discharge hopper. The entire process is controlled by Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC + Pro-face 10" touchscreen with full data logging via Epson 520Q printer.
