Funcionamiento

Film is fed from a roll through a forming tool that folds it into a tube. Upper and lower heat-seal molds create the longitudinal side seal and the top/bottom cross-seals. A cutting blade integrated within the pulling-bag roller cuts each bag to the set length. The microcomputer controller manages temperature, bag-length counting and synchronisation with an optional upstream filling machine.

Proceso de funcionamiento
