Funcionamiento
A 0.75 kW asynchronous motor drives a turbine reducer and timing belt to raise the tray with the can and lid into the seaming chuck. The first-operation seaming roller curls the lid flange and the can body flange together; the second-operation roller presses and flattens the curl, filling the gap with sealing compound to form an airtight double seam. The tray then lowers and the sealed can is removed.

Power off the machine before cleaning. Clean work surface and lifting tray daily after use. Apply lubricating oil to joint and bearing positions (e.g., lifting tray guides, bearings) every 7 days.
