SED-20DYQ-L — Generador de nitrógeno líquido

Two-stage system: (1) PSA nitrogen generator — purified compressed air enters a twin-tower carbon-molecular-sieve adsorber under pressure; oxygen diffuses into the sieve micropores faster than nitrogen, leaving enriched N₂ in the gas phase. PLC alternates the two towers between adsorption and depressurization-desorption regeneration. (2) Cryogenic mixed-refrigerant throttling refrigerator — a single compressor with precooling drives a regenerative multi-component mixed-refrigerant cycle (high/medium/low boiling-point pure components matched to the -40 to -196°C zone) that liquefies the nitrogen at -180°C.
