Funcionamiento
Premade pouches advance through eight stations on a rotary carousel: bag pickup, optional servo zipper open, bag opening, filling 1, filling 2, sealing 1, sealing 2, output. A servo-driven rotor pump auto-loads viscous sauce from the supply tank, and another servo-driven rotor pump meters precisely into each opened pouch. Imported pressure/photo sensors gate filling and sealing — no bag, no fill; no fill, no seal. Siemens S7-200 PLC + SMART 700 IE V3 HMI coordinate motion via the JCSA67 main motor and Anbangxin VFD. Washdown trough chassis allows direct rinse of sauce residue.

1Premade pouches advance through eight stations on a rotary carousel: bag pickup, optional servo zipper open, bag opening, filling 1, filling 2, sealing 1, sealing 2, output.
2A servo-driven rotor pump auto-loads viscous sauce from the supply tank, and another servo-driven rotor pump meters precisely into each opened pouch.
