Funcionamiento
Hydraulic-driven single-arm column lifter. The Φ60 mm hydraulic cylinder, fed by a 2.2 kW / 380 V / 50 Hz pump station with a 10 L oil tank at 0–12 MPa, raises the lifting arm and 200 L SS304 hopper along a Q235 16c rail-section steel column (5 m high). PLC + VFD + HMI controls speed, time and auto-positioning; the chassis rotates the hopper for docking with the downstream mixer/feeder; an anti-fall pneumatic cylinder provides drop protection. After positioning, the bottom valve is opened to discharge.

2The Φ60 mm hydraulic cylinder, fed by a 2.2 kW / 380 V / 50 Hz pump station with a 10 L oil tank at 0–12 MPa, raises the lifting arm and 200 L SS304 hopper along a Q235 16c rail-section steel column (5 m high).
