Funcionamiento
Hydraulic-driven column lifter with mechanical locking. The oil pump pressurizes the hydraulic system to drive the lifting cylinder linearly; the lifting chain pulls the slider to raise/lower the transmission box and bin (lift speed 25–55 mm/s, system pressure 8–12.5 MPa). At top, hydraulic pressure-maintaining circuit auto-locks. Operator manually rotates the column on the rotation/thrust ball bearing axis to a positioning pin, brakes, and opens the bin's butterfly valve to discharge into the downstream equipment. Polyester curtain system seals the slider travel path on the column for cGMP cleanliness. Spring-and-pawl chain-break safety device prevents free-fall of the bin if the chain breaks.
Proceso de funcionamiento
