Funcionamiento
Uses the principle of electromagnetic oscillation to convey tablets from bottom to top by controlling continuous vibration of the sieve body, simultaneously completing polishing of tablet edges and removal of dust. The electromagnet coil energisation generates electromagnetic force F pulling the armature down and deflecting the leaf-spring set; when de-energised, the spring restores the armature — this cycle produces continuous vibration. Adjusting the coil current controls tablet transport speed and dust-removal intensity. An air-pressure dedusting finishing device on the top and sides of the outer cover further cleans and polishes tablet surfaces. Electromagnet-to-armature gap: 1.0–1.2 mm.

Non-metallic parts: clean or wipe with neutral detergent, then rinse with clean water. Metal parts: clean with clean water or alcohol. Do NOT apply alcohol directly to non-metallic parts, especially the acrylic viewing window (alcohol accelerates yellowing and embrittlement). For the oscillator and electrical-component square cover, wipe clean with water or alcohol only — NEVER spray or flush directly with water.
