Funcionamiento
The machine uses a unique triangular swing, translational rotation, and rocking principle to produce a strong alternating pulse motion that continuously drives the mixing of materials. The vortex generated has a varying energy gradient, producing an excellent mixing effect. The loaded cylinder is driven by the drive shaft to produce three-way compound movement of the material along the cylinder in the circumferential, radial, and axial directions, achieving mutual flow and diffusion of multiple materials for highly uniform mixing. Composed of a base, frequency-conversion brake motor, main shaft, rotary connecting rod, and cylinder.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean wet towel; wipe inside machine with wet towel; wipe material cylinder with clean towel then with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with clean wet towel; wipe material cylinder with clean towel then with 75% industrial alcohol. After use, remove and clean rotating drum to clear residual powder, then reassemble. If out of service long-term, coat metal surfaces with rust-proof oil and cover machine.
