Funcionamiento
Water and oil phases are prepared independently in their jacketed pots (water 150 L with 15 kW electric heat + 1.1 kW disperser at 960 rpm; oil 100 L with 12 kW + 1.1 kW). Both are vacuum-drawn into the main pot, where steam jacket (or optional electric) heats up to ~105 °C. The slow bidirectional frame scraper agitator with side paddle (1.5 kW, 0-60 rpm) wipes the wall and homogenizes; the top high-shear vortex homogenizer (4 kW, 0-3500 rpm) shears the dispersion under -0.09 MPa vacuum from a 2BV2070 water-ring pump (2.35 kW). All control valves are pneumatic to remove manual-valve hazards. Discharge is by positive pressure, optional rotor pump, or 1.5 kW hydraulic tilt with check-vacuum and lid-position interlocks.
