Funcionamiento
Pre-treated liquid is fed by a VFD-controlled G(F)30-1 screw pump (1.1 kW, 100–334 rpm) to the top-mounted high-speed centrifugal atomiser XH200 (15,500 rpm), dispersing the feed into ~80 µm droplets. Hot air at 180–280 °C from the direct-fired natural-gas ZRQ-45 stove (Riello burner) enters via a tilted-tangential two-layer hot-air distributor and meets the droplets in cocurrent downward spiral flow. 95–98% of water evaporates in seconds; gas cools to 80–95 °C. Dry powder discharges from the cone bottom (sealed butterfly valve); ~95% of product is recovered by the XF-1000 primary cyclone, with the remainder captured by the CLK-700 diffusion-type cyclone. Tail gas passes through the SM-1350 water-spray scrubber before release. 6 SK60 pneumatic knockers on the cone prevent wall buildup.
