SED-200KLB-H — Granular Vertical Form-Fill-Seal Packaging Machine

Vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine with Siemens servo-driven film transport. Film is pulled from the roll over a former, shaped into a tube around a vertical fill tube, and longitudinally heat-sealed. Servo positioning ensures accurate film registration with auto-correction. A 10-head 2.5 L combination weigher (mounted on a stainless platform, fed by a Z-type bucket elevator with vibration feeder) drops the dose down through the fill tube into the formed bag. Transverse heat-sealing jaws then seal and cut the bag, which is discharged on a finished-product chain conveyor. Date is printed on the film. Multiple alarm and protection functions reduce film and product loss.
