Funcionamiento
Eight-station rotary give-bag main machine on the SED-200KGD-Y platform. Bag-bottom vibrator (settling under fill), zipper opener and ribbon coder are standard. Two-stage feed: a Z-type bucket elevator (vibratory hopper feeder, 316 outlet, PP food-grade bucket) lifts product; a bowl-feed elevator (1.4-4 L hoppers, max 40 cycles/min, 0.4 kW 3-phase) further feeds the 10-head 1.6 L combination scale (316 contact). PLC + Siemens HMI controls the line; bag-presence and bag-open detection skip fill and seal as needed. Variable-frequency main motor.
